“ Wasn't a fan of the western sauces, too sweet. Tried build your own to see if they could make Beef Chow Fun (Gong Chow Ngau Ho), aka Fried Beef noodle, and was blown away. The chef / cook has skill. The taste is 80% there and good enough to come back again! Veggies : Onions, Spring Onions, and Bean Sprouts Protein : Beef Sauce: Soy This is proper Cantonese noodles, not a fusion cook up. Really, really good. ”
